Vine Philosophy
Vibrancy, creativity, and dedication in prayer, fellowship, work, and worship
Inspired by the Love of God. We love because God first loved us.
Necessity of mutual submission, self-sacrifice, openness, proactiveness and continual reconciliation in all relationships
Empowered by the Holy Spirit and not our own strength
How Does FVI work with my organization?
We have a three pronged approach of need identification:
- Identifying what the immediate need is.
- Identifying what long and short term interventions are necessary not only to meet the immediate need but to position the organization for success in the future.
- We identify what capacity building approaches are best.
The difference FVI makes:
- Bring sustainable interventions with long term effects.
- Assess the latent capacity of recipients and help and provide supports that lead towards sustainability.
- Build capacity: In doing this we will leave empowered communities who are agents of change, able to use homegrown solutions.
Accountability/Oversight
- Our Board of Directors provide program, operational and reporting oversight.
- On the ground, we have professional contacts providing constant qualifying, feedback and oversight of programs.
- FVI utilizes annual audits to ensure accountability and transparency.

The FVI Model
Using a need identification process, our model brings together the praying recipient, praying FVI members / supporters and resources commissioned by God. FVI will achieve its goals on a case by case basis by designing programs of giving so that each need receives the support that it most requires to achieve results.
